Description
A beutiful flower captured in just the right lighting to make her beauty shine. I did edit the image with textures and painterly effects. This piece really glows and would look great in any room of your home, office or a lobby and waiting rooms. The flower is called a Zinnia.
Zinnias are annuals, shrubs, and sub-shrubs native primiarily to North America, with a few species in South America.[7] Most species have upright stems but some have a lax habit with spreading stems that mound over the surface of the ground. They typically range in height from 10 to 100 cm tall.[8] leaves are opposite and usually stalkless (sessile), with a shape ranging from linear to ovate, and pale to middle green in color. The flowers have a range of appearances, from a single row of petals, to a dome shape, with the colors white, chartreuse, yellow, orange, red, purple, and lilac.
